He started GSI Agency as a cultural acclimation business, ensuring U.S.-, Asian- and foreign-born players success while living and working as professional baseball players abroad and in the MLB and MiLB. Han has been interviewed by ESPN and written about by MLB.com, ESPN, the Athletic, and Baseball America on several occasions.

Han earned a dual bachelor’s degree in international relations and general management with specialization in Asian studies and international business from Michigan State University and received his juris doctor degree from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. He has experience working and studying in Beijing and Shanghai, China, Tokyo, Japan and Seoul, South Korea.
